My room had a lovely view of the river. The staff was very polite. The location was quite central to everything I wanted to see and do..
The room I had felt a little cramped for the price. This meant there was some noise during the day. The breakfast was quite pricey for what was offered.

The hotel had a superb location near the water taxi. Our room included a coffee machine (a real treat for early mornings!). Tanya at reception offered great service. She was very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom door was made of transparent glasswith very little privacy.

i stayed in a superior double room river view. the river view from the room was fine!!! i could see everything clearly. the room included free coffee, which i definitely used.
The bathroom door was translucent. It did not provide much privacy.

the hotel location is convenient. it is only 25 meters away from the water bus for sightseeing (this made exploring very easy). the staff were friendly. they changed our room to one with a double bed instead of a twin bed as requested.
the room i had was small. it felt overpriced for its size. the toilet smelled like sewage and the shower was also too small (my husband struggled with the limited space).

The location proved excellent for transport since a tram stop sat RIGHT outside. Exploring the city was easy and I found parks nearby.
My 'better' room overlooked a wall. A horrible, constant noise came from ventilation systems. It ran all night. RELAXING proved impossible. SLEEPING was a challenge.
